Shadow Puppet Theater

Students learned about the design principle of contrast through the ancient art of shadow puppet theater. Working in collaborative groups, students began by writing narratives based on fairy tales and drawing storyboards from which they created characters, sets and props. Finally, the plays were presented to the school community.
